1、 Overview
The XF type boiling dryer, also known as boiling fluidized bed dryer, is designed based on the principle of evenly distributing heated air through the fluidized bed surface and exchanging heat with the wet material entering the fluidized bed. As the heated air enters the fluidized bed drying chamber from the bottom of the fluidized bed, it exchanges heat with the wet material and forms boiling fluidization due to the action of airflow. The fluidized bed of this dryer adopts special design technology to refract the hot air flow entering the fluidized bed at a certain angle with the bed surface, so that the dry material in boiling can gradually move forward with the movement of the airflow, resulting in simultaneous discharge.
XF boiling dryer can be widely used for drying granular and powdery wet materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and light industries, as well as drying and dehumidifying wet materials such as traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations, granules, instant dairy products and biological products. It has the advantages of large production capacity, high thermal efficiency and continuous production.
The XF boiling dryer is designed to meet the diverse usage requirements of different industries and material properties. The heating humidity of the dryer can be adjusted between 60 ℃ and 140 ℃ at room temperature. For this purpose, the drying machine can be designed in two types: insulated and non insulated. The insulated and non insulated type has a fluidized bed insulation effect. The maximum temperature of the outer surface of the bed body shall not exceed 30 ℃ of the ambient temperature in the continuous maximum working temperature state.
To accommodate the collection of finished products from different materials and the capture of dust materials, the dryer feeding system is designed with three types of models: internal cyclone, bag type, and cyclone with bag type, for users to choose from and improve the equipment's performance and investment economy.
In order to adapt to the usage environment of various heat sources, the heating medium hall of the dryer adopts various types of heating, including steam heating, steam+electric heating, gas, coal-fired heating, and thermal oil heating, to meet the usage environment of different users.
In order to meet the quality requirements of different industries, the heated air of the dryer is filtered through medium and high efficiency, so that the cleanliness of the heated air in contact with the material reaches the 300000 level purification requirement, which complies with the GMP quality management standards of the pharmaceutical industry and the hygiene quality requirements of food production.

3、 Working principle and product features
1. Working principle
The working principle of the XF boiling dryer is to feed the prepared dried material into a star shaped feeder, heat the air through a medium and high-efficiency filter heat exchanger to become heated air, and adjust it through a regulating valve to enter the bottom orifice plate of the fluidized bed for uniform distribution. It contacts with the wet material fed by the feeder on the fluidized bed surface for heat and mass transfer. Due to the effect of the supply air pressure on the heated air, the hot air and wet material in the heat transfer and heat exchange process make the material fluidized in a boiling state, with a boiling fluidization height of 100mm-300mm. For this reason, this dryer is also known as a fluidized bed. In the production process, the hot air flow carries the animal material forward in an orderly manner until it is discharged from the outlet. After separation, the finished product is collected by the closing fan set at the lower part of the cyclone separator. The dust material carried in the humid and hot air is captured and recovered by the bag filter, and the humid air is filtered by the bag filter and discharged by the induced draft fan. 2. Product Features
This product has the following characteristics:
1) This machine is suitable for dehumidification and drying of granular and powdery materials in medicine, chemical industry, food and other industries, as well as traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations pills, granules, feed, grain processing and other production operations. 2) The drying principle of this machine adopts the principle of aerodynamics, which can generate a fluidization height of 100mm-300mm for the dried material in heat transfer and exchange. As the wet material rotates in boiling, it is heated in all directions, overcoming the technical defect of uneven small content in the finished product caused by single-sided national emblem heat transfer in traditional static drying technology.
3) The heat transfer medium of this machine can use steam as the heat source, steam with resistance, gas, fuel and coal as multiple media as the heat transfer source, making it convenient for users to choose the appropriate environment.
4) This machine is designed with cyclone, bag, and cyclone plus bag feeding and dust removal systems. Users can choose according to their production material or process environment needs.
5) This machine is designed in two types: medicinal heating and non adiabatic. The insulation type is fluidized bed insulation, suitable for high-temperature heating production; The non adiabatic type is a non insulated fluidized bed, suitable for drying and dehumidifying materials at room temperature (60 ℃) or low heat sensitive materials.
